Internet Marketing Sales & Consultant
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate log sheets for calling entities
- Make sales calls to different entities to check on upcoming needs
- Generate Lead Sheets on customer needs for Director of Construction
- This position will create and update a contact database, and achieve monthly sales goals through such means as follow up from corporate generated leads, cold calling, local lead development, referrals and new business development.
Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:
- College degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 3 years experience sales experience and, specifically, experience with cold calling to generate new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Web Developer:
Job Description
We are looking for a part-time employee with the ability to hand code HTML and modify existing static and dynamic web sites by applying current search engine optimization techniques. This position is a good fit for webmasters and computer science college graduates or those with equivalent experience.
Day to day responsibilities include
- Build a new website and modifying existing websites (static html and dynamic , PHP, ASP, .NET) by applying search engine optimization techniques o Using html editor (Dreamweaver, Homesite, Ultraedit or Notepad)
- Working with FTP and CMS (content management system such as Yahoo Store etc.)
- Utilizing CSS and JavaScript
- Creating additional pages for search engines
- Altering SQL queries
Required Experience
- 3+ years minimum hands-on experience with the following:
- Hand-coding HTML
- PHP, ASP or .NET
- CSS and JavaScript
- MySQL or SQL server
Preferred, but not required
- VB, C++, C#
- Advanced SQL experience
- Web server management (Apache or IIS)
- Past web developer work in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of Search engine optimization
